HCCA is sponsoring our first-ever chili cook off contest and you are invited to participate in one of two ways: As a chef entering your own homemade chili or as a judge to help select the winning entrants.
Entry is free for those submitting a chili. Tasting judges make a $10 donation entitling them to taste any chili and vote for their favorites. Awards will be given to the favorites selected by the tasting judges.
Event registration is requested (select Chef or Tasting Judge). There's no better way to spend a fall evening than eating homemade chili with your neighbors!
Join the Haw Creek Community Association for an informational meeting on Tuesday, November 14 at 7:00 pm at the Library. In addition to updates on our recent accomplishments, we've invited the new owner of the 26-acre parcel on New Haw Creek Road to share his vision for this landmark property. Share your thoughts about neighborhood priorities and enjoy a dessert social with your neighbors. Please register to help us gauge attendance.
