New Yoga Studio in East Asheville

Locally-owned, woman-operated business EVERYBODY Yoga, adds to the ever-expanding holistic landscape in East Asheville by offering yoga classes that are accessible to all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities.

From traditional styles including Yin and Restorative, to family yoga and the more vigorous fusion-inspired Vinyasa flow and Power Yoga, we have something for everybody. Inspired by the yoga studios of yesterday, EVERYBODY Yoga embraces the simplistic. Housed in a light-filled, one room studio, the focus is on the practice, not the frills.

“For us, Yoga is not about how bendy you are, if you chant “Om” perfectly (or even at all) or what you are wearing. It is ok to ask questions in class, laugh and modify any pose to fit your today. We take yoga seriously. Ourselves, not so much.” -Melissa Bertenthal, Owner

Every Saturday a sliding-scale class is offered at 3pm with a portion of the proceeds donated to SistasCaring4Sistas, a local non-profit that empowers women of color through doula training and birth services for the Pisgah View and Hillcrest Communities.

Located at 1145 Tunnel Road, next to the Ingles at Riceville Road and Filo Café, EVERYBODY Yoga opened in January 2019. For more information please visit Suggestions always welcome and accepted,
